The Excel Scaffold Trolley System is designed to be used with Excel Trusses. This allows Excel Scaffold designs to be used to remove up to 3000 lb. loads from congested areas where a crane cannot reach.

*Note:

The trusses supporting the trolley should not be used to support a scaffold board deck.

The vertical supporting the trusses must be designed to support the required load.

The trolley beam must be installed level.

The trolley must not be allowed to pass the outer most truss.

End Stops must be installed before the trolley is used.

The maximum load capacity for a vertical lift is 3000 lbs.

The trolley system is not designed for side loading.

 

Multiple Hoists may be used for longer loads, as long as the weight limit is not exceeded.
