Most scaffold falls happen outside of the scaffold. The Excel Scaffold Landing Hatchway provides access to the board deck of any scaffold without a person ever leaving the inside area of the scaffold. This provides greater safety for all personnel.

Note: Always install hatches from the bottom, NEVER from above.

 

The load carrying ability of the decking boards may be the limiting factor. The landing hatchway is not designed to support weight until all boards are installed.

 

Never stand or place a load on a hatchway until all deck boards are properly

installed!
